Artistic Ownership
All wallpaper designs, patterns, and website content are the exclusive intellectual property of Carta Noor. You receive a license to use the physical product in your personal space.

What You Cannot Do:

  • Reproduce, copy, or digitally distribute our patterns

  • Use our designs for commercial purposes

  • Create derivative works based on our artwork

Order Accuracy
You are responsible for:

  • Providing correct wall measurements

  • Verifying design selections before purchase

  • Ensuring your shipping address is accurate

Printing Variations
As artistic products, slight variations in color and texture may occur between batches and are considered part of the handmade character of our wallcoverings.

Limitation of Liability
Carta Noor's total liability is limited to the purchase price of your order.

 

1. General Information These Terms of Service govern your use of cartanoor.com and any purchases made through our store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Carta Noor is operated from Hungary and subject to Hungarian and EU law.

2. Products All wallpaper and wall covering products are described as accurately as possible. Due to screen calibration differences, colours may vary slightly from what is displayed. We recommend ordering samples before committing to a full order.

3. Pricing & Payment All prices are displayed in HUF (and other currencies where applicable). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payment is due at the time of order.

4. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers) Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at hello@cartanoor.com. Custom-cut or made-to-order products may be exempt from this right — please check the product listing.

5. Shipping Shipping times and costs are outlined in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or third-party carriers.

6. Liability Carta Noor's liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Disputes may be submitted to the Hungarian Online Dispute Resolution platform or the relevant EU ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
