Papers

Three papers. One archive.

Every one of the nineteen designs is redrawn from a documented historical source, then printed to order in the EU on the paper you choose. The pattern does not change between them. The surface, the adhesive and the way it comes off the wall do.

Non-woven non-pasted wallpaper stock, smooth matte surface

Non-woven · 190 gsm

Non-pasted

Paste the wall, hang the paper. For a whole house or a commercial fit-out, where the wall is coming out again in ten years, not two.

Smooth matte · 0.34 mm · FSC® certified

Pre-pasted wallpaper stock with a fine embossed linen texture

Non-woven · 300 gsm

Pre-pasted

The adhesive is already on the back. Wet it with a roller or a sponge and it goes up without a paste bucket.

Textured matte · 0.45 mm · fine emboss

Peel and stick woven fabric wallpaper, liner peeling back

Woven polyester · 370 gsm

Peel and stick

Self-adhesive, repositionable for a day, and it comes off the wall in one piece. For a rented flat or a wall you expect to change your mind about.

Woven matte · 0.39 mm · removable

Paste the wall · 190 gsm

Non-pasted, non-woven

Paper with textile fibres, 190 gsm, 0.34 mm, smooth matte. The paste goes on the wall rather than the paper, so the sheet never swells and never shrinks back — panels meet edge to edge with no overlap and a straight pattern match.

This is the paper for a whole house or a commercial fit-out. It is FSC® certified and rated A+ for VOC emissions under the French indoor-air regulation, tested to ISO 16000.

What this paper does

  • Does not shrink over time, so no overlap is required
  • Strippable — comes off the wall in one piece
  • Repositionable during application, while the paste is wet
  • FSC® certified non-woven material
  • A+ indoor air quality, ISO 16000 tested
  • Fire rated ASTM E84 Class A (US) and EN 13501-1 C-s1, d0 (EU)

Suitable for dry rooms. Not for a bathroom, and not for brick, stucco or heavily textured walls.

What the paper is not

01

It is printed paper, not relief or tile

Some of the room visualisations read as gilded metal or carved wood. They are not. Alhambra Geometric arrives as a flat line-art print on the paper you choose, and Zellige arrives as a tile-look print — no glaze, no grout, no depth you can feel.

02

Screens misrepresent colour

A screen is backlit and wallpaper is not. Warm patterns read cooler on a phone, and the brass tones in several designs read grey. A 76 × 51 cm sample held against your own wall, in your own light, is the only accurate test.

03

Every roll is made to order

Nothing sits in a warehouse. Panels print in 1–2 business days, which means slight colour variation can occur between batches — order the whole wall at once rather than a panel at a time.

04

Printed in the EU, posted free

Printing is in the EU and shipping is free worldwide, on both a panel and a sample — the price on the product page is the price at checkout. Orders outside the EU may still attract import duty set by your own customs authority, which is not something we can collect or waive on your behalf.

76 × 51 cm sample

A wall is a long commitment. A sample is not.

A 76 × 51 cm piece of the real stock, printed on the real press, cut from the design you are considering. That is a full panel width — wide enough to read the pattern at the scale it will actually hang. Hold it against the wall at the hour you actually use the room — morning, or lamplight.

Samples print to order in 1–2 business days and post free worldwide.
