At Carta Noor, every wallcovering is made to order with care. This page explains how we produce, pack, and deliver your designs around the world.

Production & Processing Times

Each wallpaper is printed especially for you in our European partner workshops.

  • Production time: typically 3–5 business days
  • Order processing: 1–2 business days
  • Your order is dispatched as soon as printing and quality checks are complete

During peak periods or for large trade orders, production may take slightly longer. If your project is time‑sensitive, please contact us before ordering and we'll confirm an estimated timeline.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship worldwide from the European Union using trusted courier partners.

Typical transit times after dispatch:

  • Europe: 3–7 business days
  • UK & Middle East: 5–10 business days
  • North America & Rest of World: 7–14 business days

These timeframes are estimates and may vary based on customs, local carriers, holidays, and your exact location.

Shipping Costs, Taxes & Duties

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order size.

  • EU orders: prices are shown in local currencies where available. VAT may be included depending on your region.
  • International orders: any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

We recommend checking local import rules if you are ordering from outside the EU.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with:

  • Your tracking number
  • A link to follow your parcel's journey

If you do not receive tracking details within a few days of your order, please check your spam folder or contact us so we can resend the information.

Packaging & Presentation

All wallcoverings are:

  • Rolled and wrapped in protective materials
  • Packed in sturdy shipping tubes or boxes
  • Labelled and organized so each panel is easy to identify

Panels are numbered to support seamless installation and reduce errors on site.

Split Shipments

For larger orders or trade projects, your items may be shipped in multiple parcels.

  • If your order is split, you will receive tracking information for each parcel
  • Deliveries may arrive on different days depending on the local courier

Delays & Lost Parcels

While most orders arrive on time, delays can occasionally occur due to customs inspections, adverse weather, or local carrier issues.

  • If your tracking has not updated for several days, please contact us with your order number and tracking link
  • If a parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, we will work with you to arrange a suitable resolution, which may include a reprint and reshipment
