Ottoman Tulip Cascade — A Study of Pattern and Texture
About this design
Imperial Elegance, Ascending.
Drawn from the court textile and ceramic traditions of the Ottoman Empire, the tulip—or lâle—was the quintessential symbol of imperial refinement. The Ottoman Tulip Cascade revives the highly stylised, elongated tulip forms of 17th-century Istanbul workshops, arranging them into fluid, ascending streams.
On the Wall
By balancing the complexity of historic floral motifs with a deliberate vertical lightness, this mural provides a sense of structure and grace that feels entirely at home in modern interiors. The vertical rhythm draws the eye upward, making it particularly effective in rooms with generous ceiling height—bedrooms, dining spaces, and boutique hospitality settings. The palette moves through deep reds, cobalt blues and soft ivory, shifting noticeably from morning light to evening ambiance.

Order a Sample First
Prefer to see it in person? Select the Sample option above to receive a large-format swatch (76 cm wide × 51 cm tall)—significantly larger than industry standard. That scale lets you judge the proportion of the tulip stems against your furniture and ceiling height, test how the palette shifts through the day, and feel the matte finish before committing to a full installation.

Which finish should I choose?
- Peel and Stick — self-adhesive backing. No paste and no water. Repositionable as you hang it and removable later, so it is the usual choice for renters and first-time installers.
- Pre-Pasted — the adhesive is already on the back and is activated with water. Nothing separate to buy or mix.
- Non-Pasted — you apply wallpaper paste to the wall yourself. The traditional method, and the one most decorators prefer for a permanent installation.
